Mary has studied yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching yoga for over 14 years. She is a 500 hour/Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher, a certified facilitator of the Excel & Celebrate Program for Women and is certified to teach Kundalini Yoga to people suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is also trained in Yin Yoga.
Mary enjoys sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and incorporates her knowledge of the chakras, Ayurveda, energy healing, and the meridian system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine into her classes.
