Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. The physical postures (kriyas) increase flexibility, strengthen the nervous system, balances the glandular system and improves the circulatory system. The pranayam (breath work), meditation techniques and mantra allow us to process our emotions, develop concentration and clarity so we can meet life’s challenges with strength, control, and grace. Classes can be energetic and vigorous or sometimes more meditative. Open to all levels including beginners.
Gentle Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Breathe, stretch, and listen to your body and inner wisdom. This one hour class will combine gentle Kundalini exercises accessible for all levels, breathwork and a meditation to promote physical and emotional healing. This class is perfect for beginners or those that just want to take it slow.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:30AM
An early morning one hour practice start your day. Each week a new kriya (set of poses) and a meditation will be selected and practiced on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. By practicing the same class over the course of the week you become familiar with the practice and its powerful effect. Open to all levels including beginners.
