Service Description

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that promotes good health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. Performing physical postures (kriyas) increases flexibility, strengthens the nervous system, balances the glandular system, and improves the circulatory system. By practicing pranayam (breath work), meditation techniques and mantra, we are able to process our emotions, develop concentration and clarity, and prepare for life's challenges with courage, control, and grace. Sometimes classes are energetic and vigorous, and sometimes they are more meditative.  Classes are open to all levels, including beginners.
