Service Description

Yin Yoga is a mindful style of yoga in which poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. In Yin Yoga you are asked to relax in the posture and soften the muscles in order to go deeper in the body to target the connective tissues. Postures are mainly done on the floor. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation. You will leave feeling balanced and renewed. This class is accessible for all levels.
